Energy Healing sessions cleanse the imbalances in our system (as much as we are prepared to let go), rebalances our chakras and energy fields, and also brings more clarity to our minds. Energy Healing is a technique widely used in Tantra to circulate energy through the body, promote the release of blockages—whether physical, emotional, or energetic—and invite more life force to flow through.
Only the person herself has the power to allow healing to happen, and in that path, energetic healings can be very useful: supportive, accelerating, comforting, strengthening, nurturing. If you are on the journey to heal yourself, to connect more and more to the source of life and live a more authentic, free, and loving life, this session could be of great support.
This energy healing takes place in Berlin but can also be received online anywhere else. You will be given a robe/sarong to wear, allowing free movement during the session. The session begins with a check-in and intention setting. You will lie down, and hands will be gently placed on different parts of your body. We will guide you on how to use breath, sound, and movement to connect with your body and release any tension. Nurturing touch will help you sink even deeper into the present moment. Regular verbal check-ins will allow you to share your inner experience. If tension, whether physical or emotional, arises, we may use deeper touch to help you release it.
You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more aligned, and more connected to a sense of inner peace and belonging. Energy healing in Berlin offer a safe space for you to feel yourself and reconnect with you inner strength and wisdom.
